COMMON QUESTIONS
We understand our customers and provide flexibility by allowing payment in two stages:
70% deposit upon order confirmation
Balance payment upon completion of the order
Please note that orders will only be processed after the deposit payment has been made.
Estimated lead time for orders of 50–100 pcs:
Kopiah & Tudung: 3 weeks
Uniform Set: 8–10 weeks
Sportswear Set: 4–6 weeks
T-shirt: 4 weeks
Embroidery: Additional 1 week
⏳ The lead time begins after deposit payment is received.
For peak season or large-volume orders, production time may take longer.
Please message us to confirm the estimated lead time based on our current capacity.
-Tempahan hanya boleh diambil selepas pembayaran baki selesai.
-Boleh QC dahulu dibengkel kami jika mahu
-Service alteration free jika terdapat kesalahan dari pihak kami. (Jgn risau kerana team QC kami akan check secara terperinci sebelum kami maklumkan tempahan siap kepada pihak tuan/puan)
-Cas alteration akan dikenakan sekiranya pelanggan ingin membuat alteration yang bukan dari kesilapan pihak kami.

The prices stated are based on minimum order quantities. Each item has a different MOQ as follows:
Uniforms & Sportswear: 50 pcs
Tudung & Kopiah: 30 pcs
Aprons & Vests: 30 pcs
Convocation Gown: 30 pcs
Discounts by Order Quantity
Discounts will be applied based on order volume:
100 pcs: 5%
250 pcs: 8%
500 pcs: 10%
Orders placed below the minimum order quantity (MOQ) will incur an additional charge of 10–15%.
Many of our customers face the issue of needing additional sizes after receiving their bulk orders. We understand this need.
Therefore, we offer the same price (with a minimum of 10 pcs) for new additional orders, provided that the order and deposit are made within one month after the balance payment of the first order.
Orders will be cancelled if the deposit is not made within the given timeframe.
Lead time: 5–7 weeks
A new quotation will be issued with different pricing (based on the terms and conditions at the time of order).
