1. General

• SAMS JAHIT is a MOF-certified provider of uniforms, sportswear, and corporate apparel.
• By placing an order with us, customers agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Orders

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): As stated in the product details (e.g., 50 pcs for custom uniforms).
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.
• For custom designs, customers must provide accurate logos, artwork, and size details before production.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices quoted are based on order specifications and may vary with design, material, or add-ons.
• All payments are to be made according to the agreed schedule:
  • 70% deposit upon order confirmation.
  • Balance payment before delivery or collection.
• All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia and exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Production & Lead Time

• Production will commence only after deposit payment and final confirmation of designs/sizes.
• Lead time varies depending on order size and complexity; customers will be informed upon confirmation.
• Delays caused by late approvals, design changes, or incomplete information are not the responsibility of SAMS JAHIT.

5. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
• Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

6. Add-Ons & Customization

• Additional features such as logo embroidery/heat press, extra pockets, or piping are available at extra cost.
• Customers must confirm add-ons before production.

7. Exchanges & Returns

• As products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting proof.
• Size errors based on customer-provided measurements are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• Logos, trademarks, and artwork provided by customers remain the property of the customer.
• SAMS JAHIT may showcase completed work (without confidential details) in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

• SAMS JAHIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
